Fluffy Pies - Naan

Ingredients:

300 g HELIOS Yellow FLour

½ sachet of dry yeast

2 teaspoons of salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp olive oil
-
100 g yoghurt
-
180 ml water
Method:
In a bowl dissolve the yeast in water, add 100 grams of the HELIOS Yellow FLour and mix very well.
Then homogenize the olive oil,yoghurt and salt mixing well for a while.
In a large bowl sift the remaining flour with the baking powder,add the other 2 mixtures and knead well.
(Add a little more flour if it sticks). Let the dough rest.
Finally divide the dough into small balls and with a rolling pin roll out into very thin and round pies .
Put two pans on the hob , one on medium heat and the other on high heat.
Place each patty for half a minute first on medium heat , on each side , and then place each patty on high heat (on each side) for another minute or so , so that it will puff up and get a little color.
